Thank you for your interest in the Cold Stone Creamery Pre-Sale Fundraising Program. We look forward to working with you as you embark on this fundraising journey. To sweeten the deal, we’ve provided an incentive program for your team . To ensure a smooth-running program, you’ll find step-by-step instructions along with Cold Stone Creamery contact information. To Get Started:

With the help of all your organization’s members, you have a chance to raise hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars through this program. Have each member sell Cold Stone Creamery cakes to their friends, families and neighbors. 

For every cake sold, a donation of $5 will go back to your organization. Customers then pay your organization directly and pick-up their cake from Cold Stone Creamery.

Step 1:

Please distribute one fundraising packet to each person in your group. Each packet includes:

-          1 Order Form for each salesperson (enough for 27 orders) - if you need more, please let us know.

-          27 Customer Receipt Vouchers (give one to each customer) - this tells the person buying the cakes when to pick up their order from Cold Stone Creamery.

Step 2:

-          Give your group at least three weeks to sell cakes.

-          You’ll also need at least a week to turn the money and orders into Cold Stone Creamery and a three-day window for people to pick up cakes at our store.

At the conclusion of the fundraiser:

-          Please collect all order forms and submit them to Cold Stone Creamery with a check, less your donation per cake amount.

-          To help us keep track of funds donated, please provide Cold Stone Creamery with a receipt stating the total donation amount received from the fundraising efforts.

-          Tally the orders to determine who wins the incentive program so we can provide certificates to the winners.

-          Unused Customer Receipt Vouchers must also be returned.

Incentive Program:

We have a fun incentive program to help motivate each member of your team. This is an individual goal for them to try to hit.

The person who sells 10 Cakes will receive a (franchisee to fill in prize here. We recommend a FREE Creation)

The person who sells 20 Cakes will receive a (franchisee to fill in prize here. We recommend a FREE Cold Stone Ice Cream Social for 8 people).
